We charge $150 to complete the required medical certification form required by the State of Kentucky. If, for some reason you are not deemed medically appropriate - you will not be charged.

No. We submit the required paperwork to the state of Kentucky at the time of your visit. You will still be responsible for submitting the application to the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family services before a card will be provided.

Kentucky medical cannabis cards are valid for one year.

Initial medical cannabis card certification must be completed in person per Kentucky law. There is an option for telehealth, however for recertifications of your card in the future.
